Sweet and Spicy Carrot Custard By Gwen Marzano
- 2 cups peeled and cooked carrots
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1/2 scoop Garden of Life RAW Fit
- 8 drops "Sweet Leaf" vanilla cream liquid Stevia
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- Dash of sea salt and white ground pepper
Serves: 1-2
Preparation
After boiling carrots, rinse and place in food processor using the "S" blade. Add almond milk and coconut oil and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend another minute, or until smooth and creamy. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Tip
Try substituting cooked sweet potatoes or butternut squash for the carrots in this recipes, or add ½ tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice for a warm, holiday tasting treat.
Cherry Delicious Smoothie By Gwen Marzano
- 1 cup frozen dark cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Fit
- 6 drops of "Sweet Leaf" vanilla cream liquid Stevia
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water (unpasteurized preferred)
Serves: 1
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
This smoothie is a great breakfast for those who enjoy the luscious flavor of cherries and the creamy texture of bananas. Taste how delightful healthy food can be!
Tip
I have tried using raspberries in this smoothie in place of cherries and it’s still sweet and delicious, with a little more zing.
Cinnamon Banana Ice Cream By Gwen Marzano
- 2 cups frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 scoop Garden of Life RAW Fit
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 8-10 drops of "Sweet Leaf" vanilla cream liquid Stevia
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Serves: 1-2
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor (or high speed blender) and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or store in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
Tip
Never throw out those overly ripe bananas. Peel them, break them into chunks and freeze them in a Ziploc bag for up to 2 months and use in your favorite smoothie or ice cream recipe.
Strawberry Start-Me-Up By Gwen Marzano
- 1 and 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop Garden of Life RAW Fit
- 1 peeled orange
- 2 cups coconut water (unpasteurized preferred)
- 1 handful of spinach
Serves: 1-2
Preparation
Toss everything into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!

- 1 cup coconut water (unpasteurized preferred)
- 1 and 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. ripe avocado
- 8 drops of "Sweet Leaf" vanilla cream liquid Stevia
- Ground cinnamon for garnishing
Serves: 1 (suggested as a meal replacement for breakfast)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or drink half before a work out and the remaining half afterwards. Optional: Top with a few dashes of cinnamon!

- 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raw oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 3 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 scoop Garden of Life RAW Fit
- 1 Tbsp. Garden of Life Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Dash of salt
Makes: 24 cookie balls or squares
Preparation
Place all ingredients except water and dates into a food processor using the "S" blade. Process until well mixed, then add water and dates and pulse several times until mixture sticks together. Roll into cookie balls or press mixture into a brownie pan and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days or freezer for up to one month.
