Fun Healthy Breakfast for the Whole Family

1 cup light coconut milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup fresh berries
1 Tablespoon Garden of Life Chia Seed
1½ Tablespoons honey (or maple syrup to make it vegan)
2 Tablespoons Garden of Life Golden Flaxseed and Antioxidant Fruit
1. Blend together coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and flaxseed and fruit blend. Stir in chia seeds and place mixture into a container and refrigerate overnight, or eight hours.
2. In the morning, it will have thickened. Stir in mixed berries and walnuts, and enjoy! Lasts two days refrigerated.
